Customer Success Engineer
We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to manage the post-sales relationship with assigned accounts, building customer loyalty, satisfaction, assuring business continuity, providing the best technical insights and achieving the company’s growth objectives.
The Customer Success Engineer should be proactive and forward thinking. The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in both technology and business and must be comfortable in a customer-facing position.
By establishing close working relationship with customers and field engineers, our CSMs demonstrate the ability to listen and analyze business and technical problems and translate them into Asperii solutions aligning with the customers’ business goals.
As our Customer Success Engineer, you will own the relationships and happiness of Asperii customers. You will be responsible for helping customers derive the value they seek from their solutions.
