We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to manage the post-sales relationship with assigned accounts, building customer loyalty, satisfaction, assuring business continuity, providing the best technical insights and achieving the company’s growth objectives.

The Customer Success Engineer should be proactive and forward thinking. The ideal candidate would have a strong interest in both technology and business and must be comfortable in a customer-facing position.

By establishing close working relationship with customers and field engineers, our CSMs demonstrate the ability to listen and analyze business and technical problems and translate them into Asperii solutions aligning with the customers’ business goals.

As our Customer Success Engineer, you will own the relationships and happiness of Asperii customers. You will be responsible for helping customers derive the value they seek from their solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of the day to day Support operation by monitoring the Support queues, triage incoming cases and resolve critical production issues.
  • Provide Technical Consultation to Asperii’s clients, perform minor enhancements and change-requests in order to ensure business continuity.
  • Be the focal point for our customers every need and become their trusted advisor by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with our solutions.
  • Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across accounts through planning, proactive communications and performance measurement.
  • Conduct regular briefings on accounts status to senior management.
  • Increase the company’s revenue by implementing enhancements to customers’ solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or Information systems.
  • 1-2 years of demonstrated technical or SaaS software customer success / customer support / consulting experience.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Quick learner and positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain excellent colleague and customer relationships.
  • Excellent English.
