Reasons for Approaching Asperii

Lloyds Clinical approached Asperii with three critical needs:

  • Platform Migration: Their existing Click FSE solution was reaching end-of-life, requiring a move to another system. The company chose Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
  • Healthcare Specialization: The company wanted to leverage Salesforce Health Cloud to align scheduling and implement best practices in workflows and patient management.

Asperii conducted a discovery workshop to map existing processes from Click FSE into SFS and Health Cloud. Over just 4 months, Asperii delivered an end-to-end implementation, including:

  • SFS Mobile for Nurses: Nurses now view schedules, absences, and colleagues’ shifts from any device (mobile, tablet, or laptop).
  • Health Cloud deployment: Defined 400+ caregivers, migrated patient accounts, and enabled Home Health features natively

Process Improvements:

  • Automatic timesheet capture, replacing manual Excel entry.
  • Bundling of work for patients at the same address.
  • Crew Teaming functionality for onboarding new nurses with experienced mentors.
  • Utilized SFS advanced optimization, offering a more flexible and better optimized schedule
