Asperii is looking for an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager to join our team. The Delivery Manager oversees the environments to ensure there is a clear path and process for testing and deploying updates to the Salesforce platform. S/he is expected to follow industry best practices for implementing and managing release processes for configuration and code through all environments and to help shape processes in order to continue building our Salesforce footprint. S/he must have the ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements.


• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of Salesforce consultants and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of project milestones.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design innovative Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives and drive value.

• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices and quality standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet client expectations.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize impact on project delivery.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

• Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that exceed expectations and add measurable business value.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce delivery management or related role.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) preferred.
