About The Position

Asperii is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our R&D team! Can you tackle challenges top to bottom? do you get a kick out of solving new and exciting problems? If so, this may be the job for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and design Salesforce solutions.

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications and components.

• Manage and prioritize development tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support for end-users.

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features, implementing them as needed.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or equivalent certifications.

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience leading or managing a team of developers.

• Proficiency in Salesforce integration, data migration, and customization.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.

• Experience working with customers, the ability to define both business and technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Community Cloud.

• Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of data modeling and database design.

• Experience working with customers, the ability to define both business and technical requirements.
