Salesforce Development Team Lead

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce Development Team Lead, based in Petah Tikva with flexibility for some remote work. The Team Lead will manage and guide a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include participating in software design, implementing front-end and back-end solutions, supporting Object-Oriented Programming practices, and collaborating with other teams and stakeholders. The role demands a strong focus on innovation, problem-solving, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~10 Salesforce developers across multiple projects.

• Define and enforce best practices in Salesforce development, architecture, and DevOps processes.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, QA, and client stakeholders.

• Ensure development milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and processes to improve team productivity and code quality.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning is a plus.

• Proven experience in Team Leadership, with the ability to mentor and guide a development team.

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

• Strong knowledge of Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Experience with Salesforce development and customization is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
